How a request turns into an order
Brief
You describe the product, quantity and destination. We ask the questions a factory will ask, so quotes are comparable.
Shortlist
Within 7 working days: 3–5 checked suppliers with prices, MOQs, lead times, certificates and our recommendation.
Samples
We collect samples, check them against your brief and send them to you with notes.
Production
You order directly from the factory. We follow production and inspect goods before they are loaded.

Are you a trading company or an agent?
We are a sourcing agent. You buy directly from the manufacturer and pay the factory yourself; we find, check and manage suppliers on your behalf. You always know which factory makes your goods.
How do you get paid?
A fixed fee for the supplier shortlist and a commission on orders you place, both agreed in writing before work starts. We do not take hidden margins from factories. See the pricing page for current fees.
How long does it take to get supplier options?
For a clear brief, you receive a shortlist of 3–5 checked suppliers within 7 working days. Complex machinery or custom tooling can take longer; we tell you up front.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the factory. Many Turkish producers accept smaller runs than large Far East factories, which suits growing brands, but materials can have their own minimums. We show the MOQ of every supplier in the shortlist.
Do you check quality before goods ship?
Yes. We can approve samples with you, visit the factory during production and inspect goods before loading, with a written report and photos.
Can you handle shipping and export documents?
We coordinate with the factory and your forwarder on export documents such as the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and, for many industrial goods going to the EU, the A.TR movement certificate.
